Vintages : 2015 and 2016
This 27-hectare wine estate, located in Génissac, is owned by Michel Boyer. His father bought this vineyard in 1975, when Michel was only 18 years old. He started working on the property with his father in 1980. It’s only in 1989 that he took over the property. He perfectly combines tradition and new technologies.

The Bordeaux appellation
The Bordeaux appellation is very vast, it extends over more than 44,000 ha and has 505 municipalities. It produces mainly red wines but also dry, sweet and syrupy white wines, rosé wines and clairets. The great diversity of terroirs and soils give Bordeaux wines a variety of characters depending on their production area. The emblematic grape varieties of the AOC are Merlot and Cabernet (Sauvignon and Franc), Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle. The keeping of the wines is 2 to 4 years.
